My name is Jevaughn. I have visited this hospital twice and I am overly pleased with the service I’ve received on both occasions. Lindsay is one of the nurses I have blessed to have on both visits and she was above par. I don’t remember the other nurses, but they were awesome too. I would definitely come here again if I need medical attention. The drive from Two Hills was worth it.

Google Review - St. Therese Hospital, St. Paul, Alberta, Canada

Hi Lindsay

I’m sending a quick note to say Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Since first meeting you the day that our parents, moved into Father Lacombe, you have always shown a true sense of compassion, caring and capability. You’ve demonstrated a consistent level of excellence and integrity. You’ve fulfilled the reputation that we’ve heard from so many people about the outstanding level of care that Father Lacombe Care Centre is known for.

You took time to learn about our parents and their personal preferences and what was important to them in their care levels. You very capably managed the fine line between their requests and what Father Lacombe staff could provide. Sometimes that meant making adjustments by staff and sometimes it meant giving answers that may not have been what our parents ideally wanted to hear, but was necessary within the guidelines and standards of proper care. Through it all, we always felt an overriding sense of care and concern from you. You became one of our primary go-to people, especially if Darlene wasn’t available at that particular moment. We knew that if we were making a request or asking for information, that you would be able to provide or get the answers. And we knew you would look after things.

I also want to thank you for always being courteous and respectful and considerate, regardless of what, or how many, other things might be immediate priorities or ongoing activities that needed your focus and attention. And when either our Dad or Mom needed immediate action, you were right there, ensuring they received the care and attention that was necessary.

In all of our dealings with you, we’ve found you to be very capable, efficient, organized, responsive, courteous, professional, respectful and warm-hearted. And with our Dad’s recent passing, your kindness and care were so very much appreciated. It is such a sacred moment that you handled with utmost respect, and we thank you so very much for being there. And since then, the ongoing care and support for our Mom has been equally amazing.

Thank you again, Lindsay. If you are offered the opportunity to move into an expanded or progressive role at Father Lacombe, I have every confidence that you’ll continue to shine. You are an excellent ambassador for Father Lacombe, from the perspective of a family member who is often visiting and seeing the daily activities of staff who deliver the excellent level of care that Father Lacombe is known for.

Kind regards,

Kathy
